In 2018, we received an inquiry from a customer in the United States. At that time, he had only a simple idea—to build a small factory to produce plastic drinking straws. But the reality was that he didn’t even have a workshop yet, nor did he have experience in plastic extrusion or factory operation.
Many suppliers might have walked away, thinking the project was too far from being ready. But we didn’t.
During our first video call, he stood on a piece of open land, with only grass moving in the wind behind him. “This,” he said, “will be my production workshop.” His voice carried hope, but also uncertainty. We told him that he didn’t need to worry, because we would walk through every step together.
From that day on, we began to help him turn the idea into a real project.
We provided workshop layout plans, equipment configuration details, electricity and water system planning, and full production process explanations. Step by step, the future that once felt distant began to take shape.
Months later, the empty land became a new workshop.
When the building was ready, we shipped two sets of straw production lines to the United States. Through remote technical support and training, we guided him through installation, trial production, and quality control. The moment the first straw came out of the machine smoothly, he smiled like a child in front of the camera.
Now, more than five years have passed.
The two production lines are still running stably.
The customer has grown from a beginner to a capable manufacturer with steady market demand.
His factory has expanded, his team has grown, and his products are recognized locally.
And our relationship has also grown—beyond business.
Holiday greetings, occasional photos of new workshop upgrades, conversations about production improvement…
These things quietly show that trust has turned into long-term partnership.
This is not just the story of two machines.
It is the story of patience, collaboration, and building something real—starting from nothing.
And every story begins simply with a sentence:
“We want to start this project.”
