With the steady development of housing projects, water supply upgrades, and urban infrastructure improvements in Suriname, the demand for durable and cost-effective PVC pipes continues to rise. PVC pipes are widely favored in the local market due to their corrosion resistance, long service life, and lower installation cost compared to traditional metal materials.
In 2024, we established cooperation with a new customer in Suriname who planned to enter the plastic pipe manufacturing industry. At the early stage of his project, the customer faced several common challenges: limited experience, no established technical team, and a production facility still under preparation.
After understanding the customer’s market plan and production goals, we designed a PVC pipe production solution suitable for local usage scenarios.

This production line is capable of manufacturing 20–110 mm PVC pipes used for residential water supply, drainage projects, and rural pipeline systems.
Once the equipment arrived in Suriname, we arranged for our engineering team to provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training. During the commissioning process, we trained the customer’s team step-by-step in areas such as raw material formulation, temperature control, speed coordination, mold adjustment, and daily maintenance.
Within less than two weeks, the customer’s team was able to independently operate the equipment and produce high-quality PVC pipes with smooth surface finish and accurate dimensions.
Today, the production line is running stably and efficiently. The pipes have already been supplied to local construction and water supply projects, receiving positive feedback from the market. The customer expressed strong satisfaction with the production efficiency and product consistency, and discussions for capacity expansion are already in progress.
This project marks not only the delivery of a PVC pipe production line, but also the successful launch of a new manufacturing operation in Suriname — from planning, to installation, to stable production.
