Ethiopian Customer Visits Our Factory to Learn More About WSM500 Plastic PVC Pulverizer and Discuss Cooperation
Recently, Mr. Mohamoud, a customer from Ethiopia, visited our factory for an on-site tour and technical discussion. During the visit, the customer showed strong interest in our WSM500 plastic PVC pulverizer, and both sides had in-depth communication about machine performance, application range, and project suitability.
During the discussion, we mainly introduced the practical applications of the WSM500 plastic PVC pulverizer machine in plastic recycling and reprocessing. This pulverizer is specially designed for grinding PVC and other plastic materials and can meet the requirements of stable and continuous production. The WSM500 plastic PVC pulverizer adopts a 500mm large-diameter grinding disc and is equipped with 24 high-quality alloy blades. Both the blades and toothed plates are treated with carburizing and quenching, reaching a hardness of HRC60. This design ensures uniform PVC powder output while significantly improving blade wear resistance and service life. With a spindle speed of 3600 rpm and a 45kW main motor, the machine can maintain high-speed and stable grinding performance during operation.

In terms of capacity, this PVC grinding machine is designed according to actual PVC processing conditions. The finished powder size is stable, and the output can reach 150–200 kg per hour, meeting common PVC pulverizing requirements. At the same time, the machine is equipped with a complete air conveying and dust collection system, including an induced draft fan, rotary airlock valve, and bag dust collector. This system effectively reduces dust leakage, improves the working environment, and supports long-term continuous operation of the plastic pulverizer.
During the factory visit, Mr. Mohamoud showed great interest in the overall machine structure, operating logic, and electrical control system of the plastic PVC pulverizer. He also discussed machine energy consumption, maintenance cycle, and long-term operating cost with our technical engineers.
