Our PVC Fiber Reinforced Hose Production Equipment Successfully Shipped to Uzbekistan
Recently, a complete set of PVC fiber reinforced hose production equipment, independently developed and manufactured by our company, has successfully passed assembly and testing, and was shipped today to a customer’s factory in Uzbekistan.
This fully automated production line covers the entire process including extrusion, fiber braiding, cooling, traction, and winding. It features user-friendly operation, high automation, stable performance, and excellent product consistency. It is capable of efficiently producing PVC fiber reinforced hoses in various specifications ranging from 4mm to 50mm in inner diameter, widely used in agriculture, industry, and construction.

PVC fiber reinforced hose is a three-layer composite hose made primarily of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with a high-strength polyester fiber mesh layer in the middle. It offers excellent pressure resistance, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in agriculture, industry, and construction for transporting water, gas, oil, and other fluids.
