Recently, a customer from Algeria visited our factory to inspect their PE corrugated pipe machine that was ordered from our company. This equipment is part of a complete plastic corrugated pipe production line designed for manufacturing high-quality corrugated plastic pipes and electrical pipes and washing machine pipes.
After arriving at the factory, the customer first went to the workshop to check the corrugated pipe machine that had already been assembled and tested. Our technical team introduced the overall structure of the plastic pipe production line, including the main components, configuration, and production process. The machine was also started to demonstrate its operating condition.
During the test run, the production line operated smoothly and successfully produced corrugated pipes. The customer carefully checked the pipe samples, including the pipe appearance, corrugation structure, and overall forming quality. After the inspection, the customer expressed great satisfaction with both the machine performance and the quality of the pipe samples.

After visiting the workshop, both sides held a short meeting in the office to discuss shipment arrangements, transportation plans, and the next steps for installation and commissioning.
The successful completion of this factory inspection means that the corrugated pipe machine will soon enter the shipment stage. After final checks, the plastic pipe production line will be delivered to the customer’s factory to support their local pipe production project.
