This production line can produce PE, PP, ABS, PMMA, PC, PS, HIPS single-layer or multi-layer plastic sheet products. The maximum width of the product is 2000mm, and the thickness ranges from 1mm to 20mm. Plastic sheets are widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, advertising, construction, environmental protection, chemicals, sanitary ware, automotive interiors and other fields.
Machine description:
1. The screw adopts design of special mixing function and high plasticization ability.The hanger die head adopts a special double throttling design to make the thickness adjustment of the plate more accurate.Temperature control of ±1℃ can accurately control the thickness and flatness of the board during the plasticizing process.
2. The three-roll calender can be operated horizontally, vertically or at a 45° angle and can be raised or lowered freely
3. The thickness of the plate is controlled by screw adjustment and two-way adjustment of the pressure wheel, which can accurately control the thickness of the plate. The independently controlled roller temperature control system can accurately control the temperature of the pressure roller to make the plate uniform in thickness
4. The slicer can accurately measure the length and quantity of the plate. The winding table device adopts a high-grade torque motor, which can adjust the speed and winding tension at will. It is equipped with an automatic meter to set the product length
5. Extruder: Parallel twin-screw extruder has high output, good plasticization, vacuum exhaust improves product quality, and can process a variety of plastics
6. Metering pump: The melt metering pump made of heat-resistant alloy steel ensures stable pressure and flow of the melt
7. Mould: The mould is made of high-quality alloy steel and equipped with a highly active throttling device to ensure that the material flow is evenly distributed at the die;
8. Traction: The cooling roller adopts large diameter, low temperature, S-shaped discharge, which increases the forced cooling area and shortens the length of the production line. The traction adopts rubber and steel rollers to ensure both the friction required for traction and the surface quality of the sheet.
9. Corona treatment: removes surface static electricity, increases surface tension, and ensures printing quality.
10. Double-station winding: two torque motors are used as the power, and the air expansion shaft is the reel, and the winding is performed separately.
