How Do We Ship Your Equipment After Purchase?
Many customers often ask: How will my equipment be shipped after I place an order? Here we would like to share our process with you.
Once your order is confirmed and the deposit is received, we start producing the equipment right away. During production, we keep you updated with progress reports, so you can clearly know how your machine is being made.
About one week before delivery, we will contact you to confirm all shipping details, such as booking space, vessel schedule, packaging, and required documents for customs clearance at your port. We always try to arrange the most suitable shipping plan to make sure your equipment arrives safely and on time.
After the shipment is sent, we will quickly provide you with all transportation documents (such as bill of lading, packing list, and commercial invoice) by express courier. This ensures you can complete customs clearance smoothly and receive your goods without delay.
