The PVC granulation production line is a complete set of equipment consisting of a conical twin-screw extruder and corresponding granulation auxiliary machines.It is mainly suitable for granulation of PVC and PE powders with wood powder or fillers added.The produced plastic granules are uniform, dense and beautiful. Description of PVC pelletizer granulating machine:
1. This production line produces pellets by hot cutting, mainly PVC pellets.It is widely used in producing PVC granules/ pellets from the recycled material of rigid PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC, mixed material, recycled PVC powder etc.
2. Hot cutting granulator is composed by conical screw extruder, pelletizing die, blowing system and silo.Clients can add masterbatch to produce granules with different color.
3. Granulating of PVC powder is a productive process used generally by the plastics manufacturers, The purpose is to release the gas and increase the plasticizing effect. Fitting with the corresponding twin-screw extruder or single-screw extruder, the rigid and soft PVC pellets can be processed in high effeciency and high quality.
