PVC Pipe Production Line Operation Introduction:
Before open the machine, the operator need to check main extruder operation unit and main parts.
1.Check the main machine gearbox oil door whether normal.
2.Check whether main machine and electrical parts is working normal, and check that the drain is on, compress air pressure whether normal.
3.Check whether the main machine cover is clean.
4.Check whether the screw cooling oil circuit is smooth.
5.Check the sensitivity of all operating switches and whether the governor is zero and whether the emergency stop is in position.
6.Mold work in charge of changing the mold, and check carefully about the heating ring of the mold, all of them are normal, then can give them to operator.
According to the requirement to install the die head, sizing sleeve and the sealing pad at both ends of the cooling tank ,adjust the height of the bracket in the water tank and the shaping sleeve basically the same.
After confirming that the host is running properly, perform the following steps to power on the host.
1.Open the main power switch, open extruder screw oil pump and water valve, ensure mold is suitable, sprinkler hear is smooth without blockage, the height of the supporting wheel is suitable,vacuum glue can block the vacuum, the tractor pressure is moderate, the cutting machine clamping block, the knife is suitable, the flaring machine is normal.
2.Connect extruder heating power switch, set heat section temperature, screw oil temperature is 70℃,other sections temperature are 130℃(Memo: small mold need to heat 2 hours, big mold need to hear 2.5 hours)
3.When all the sections temperature up to the setting value, each heating section temperature up to 150℃,the bolts should be tightened again for the newly replaced mold.
4.When each heating section reaches 150℃, set the temperature to 5-10℃ lower than the data required by production, and the temperature of each section shall not be lower than 150℃. (Note heating for 0.5 hours).
5.Start twin screw, slowly and evenly start to add cleaning machine material, screw rotation speed os 0-5r/min, overload less then 30%, oil pump temperature set in 90℃.
6.According to the temperature display data and according to the humdity to determine the material arrive position and gradually increase the speed. Increase the rotational speed while observing the change of the main engine current,if the current is stable then can continute to add the material. If it continutes to rise, the feeding will be slowed down, and then the feeding will be done after the current is stable.
7.Accoring to the outer surface and inner surface of the cleaning machine material to jude the clean degree of barrel and die head.After cleaning machine material is cleaned,the temperature can up to production value, stop to add cleaning material, open the feeding system, control the torque around 40%(40% of normal production current value ) to adjust the feeding speed.
8.Until material flows out of the mold, adjust screw until the thickness is uniform.(The material out the die head should be pulled off immediately, not too long or in a mass).
9.When the extruded material is difficult to be torn apart by hand, prepare for traction, start the extruder vacuum pump, adjust to the normal value.
10.When material into vacuum tank, start water pump immediately, and adjust the traction speed up to normal state.
11.When the while line of the pipe has passed through the vacuum water tank and the trator is on, turn on the water spraying volume, open the vacuum pump, adjust the vacuum value to about 0.4par
12.When the round pipe go through cutter, you can open the cutter at the automatic state.
13.Measure the pipe production, wall thickness, observe the quality of pipe out and inner quality, adjust corresponding parameters, when the qualified product is produced to the tracor, put the printer and start to print.
